Group Therapeutic Exercises

Group Therapeutic Exercises

Such patients can be treated with group therapeutic exercises as have identical or similar medical problems, who do not need to be guided by hand, and who are able to do a series of exercises on oral instructions and corrections. The advantage of group exercises is that favorable group-dynamic factors show up; patients help, encourage, and motivate each other; in the case of pair or group tasks, they can help each other. The atmosphere during the group exercises is good; occasional clumsiness, or being unsure is frequently offset by little laughs. Group members from the start can give lots of help to new members.

The group must have at least three, at most eight members. You will need comfortable clothes and indoor shoes to do therapeutic exercises.
