Trigger Point Treatment: A trigger point is a highly irritated point in skeletal muscles, which has increased tenderness within a tight muscle bundle. This point is locally painful as well when pressed, giving strong pain in the typical area where it appears (reference zone), at the same time, both motor dysfunctions and vegetative symptoms can be observed.

SMR Roller/SMR, in other words, self-myofascial release, fascia or connective tissue massage and relaxation. It is used for stretching and relaxing the fascia, for strains, muscle stiffness, injuries, in post-operative rehabilitation, for warming-up and post-workout routine. It is also used for re-establishing muscle balance.

Neurodynamics: The peripheral nerve mobilization (neurodynamics) is a diagnostic and therapeutic method including a special technique. The aim of the therapy is to release entrapped or impeded lower- or upper-limb nerves with inadequate circulation from pressure, in this way, to reduce or remove numbness or pain in the arms or legs.

In most cases, it is an additional treatment

  • after different operations of the spine (primarily cervical and lumbar regions), and after diseases (e.g., cervical or lumbar hernia, entrapped nerve roots, inflammations)
  • in conditions following lower- and upper-limb injuries and inflammatory diseases
  • in TOS, carpal-tunnel and other tunnel syndromes.

McKenzie Therapy: The McKenzie therapy is a special diagnostic and treatment method which is one of the most widespread spine treatments worldwide. It is used in 40 countries.
